• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Custom or made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available.

• If the item is out of stock, you may request a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
